I am wanting to encourage as many 59 plus women out there who are in the same boat.

Im also looking to attend any REI meetings to meet and interact with like minded people and any info on time, place and who to contact to attend would be great.  

The encouragement from the BP community is so great to hear and definitely helps keep us motivated and inspired.

When they know you are real and willing to interact they will be a very valuable and responsive list.Otherwise, you will just have a bunch of followers who are not worth anything and sure will not be helping you build wealth.

Not under any concrete, per say.A good, graded, perforated perimeter drain pipe, dug down around the problem area, in addition to your sump pump, should do the trick.The real question, I would think, as far as legality goes, is will your tenant make a false claim of damage to his personal property, just to get you to fix it.I would encourage you to get a professional out there and just bite the bullet. 5 years from now I think you will be way happier you did.

The more likely outcome is they will eventually have to be evicted or encouraged to leave with an offer of their full deposit and maybe more cash.
