Looking at recent flips and studying hot neighborhoods are also great ways to get some very useful knowledge as you are starting out.

Focus on 1 niche (property type) and 1 strategy  (wholesaling, fix & flip or rentals) and study it.

I am currently studying to become a CCIM, which I anticipate to complete in 2017.My journey into BiggerPockets came through the podcast, I started at episode 175 and have been working my way backwards, devouring the information at 2-3 episodes per day.Love the industry and the people I have met, feel very blessed and humbled to be able to work in it and have found my life's calling at a relatively young age.Look forward to meeting, working, and interacting with the members of this wonderful community!

There are many real estate agents in Brooklyn that hire "assistants" that are unlicensed currently but are studying to become licensed.

So we are looking for some advice...We've identified our 'farm' and have been studying and getting to know the recent market.
