New Member in Long Beach California
Hello, I am new to the world of REI and am looking forward to learning all I can so that I can grow a successful investment business. My goal is to be able to fix and flip in under a year and from that point invest in some buy and hold properties.

@Dawna Sanchez Hi neighbor! I'm in OC but have been fixing and flipping in the Long Beach area, and Los Angeles County for several years. Please let me know if you have any questions along the way, I'll be happy to help share information on what to look for and analyzing deals! My office is hosting a meetup or two in August.
