Greetings friends,

Reid Armor, Newbie from Stuart Florida corresponding on all frequencies.

I graduated from the Florida State University's real estate investment sales program in May of 2015 and have been working as a Commercial Sales Associate at NAI Southcoast for the past year.

After exploring retail, office, industrial, land, and multifamily product types along the Treasure Coast (specifically Martin County) and working deals in each sector I am incredibly excited to have chosen to become an expert in multifamily properties.

I am 26 years young, my goal is to own 100 doors by the time I am 30 and be the area's go to multifamily expert. 

I love reading, learning, fitness, boating, fishing, being outdoors, and am constantly seeking personal development and growth. I am currently studying to become a CCIM, which I anticipate to complete in 2017.

My journey into BiggerPockets came through the podcast, I started at episode 175 and have been working my way backwards, devouring the information at 2-3 episodes per day.

Love the industry and the people I have met, feel very blessed and humbled to be able to work in it and have found my life's calling at a relatively young age.

Welcome to BP!   Lots to learn here - and great networking as well.... Congratulations on finding your passion at your age.
