New member from Pennsylvania and new to real estate

Hello All, 

I'm new to real estate investing; don't own any properties yet other than the roof over my head. I'm most interested in buy and hold investing and have lurked around the concept for years now. At this time I'm leaning towards turnkey properties to start. 

Currently, I'm an IT Manager in the financial field looking to establish cash flow investments while working full time. 

To be honest, reading about and researching real estate investing has my head spinning at the moment.
