@Michael Campbell  Well there are certainly ways to improve the screening, but there will always be the potential for a problem if you are the tenant procurer.

If you don't have these basics, then you need to look at an alternative means to finance and/or procure the funds to get a deal and this is only skimming the the complexity of buying an investment property.

I think the key is to have buyers with their own methods of procuring purchases before they hit the standard market, otherwise the business will be short-lived.Am looking forward to your PM, appreciate your input!

It enables me to have decent lifestyle and save a little money for future real estate deals.

There is a look-back period from the end of the listing if that listing 'procured' you.  

They didn't procure the deal, the wholesaler did.
