I initially looked into Baltimore, but after some research, I noticed the population has been steadily declining, so I’m not feeling as confident about that market. 

I feel like maybe these markets are too saturated.

Not alot of confidence in any existing rentals as consistent indciators but I feel like so many homes are 1/2 rentals and don't tell the whole story.Anyone have any insight into the Cashiers/Highlands/Sapphire/Lake Toxaway markets to share? 

Responding quickly, like you do, definitely makes guests feel valued and reassured.I think the choice between automation and personal interaction depends a lot on the host's availability and scale.

I feel like if you dont want to spend too much time figuring out the flow then it's a good alternative.

I saw a lot of advice to do what feels comfortable but I feel like I want to find out which one will end with more net worth.
