Struggling land investor.. how are you selecting your markets?
I've been sending neutral letters to a few markets in FL and not seeing any results.. I feel like maybe these markets are too saturated. Hoping to get some opinions on what I should be doing differently. Thanks in advance!

How many are you sending and are you sending follow up letters? Mailing is a slow play and takes volume. You can add different ways to reach out to improve your conversion for owners you are hitting or you can increase the amount you are sending.
