New Member from San Antonio, Texas - Looking to start my real estate journey

Hi BP Community,

First time writer, long time listener! One of my goals this year was to take actionable steps into jump starting my real estate journey, so here I am, taking that first step.

A little about me: I'm a San Antonio native that lived out of state for a couple of years but has migrated back home. I'm new to real estate investing in general but excited to learn about all the complexities, intricacies, and varieties. I am thinking of starting with rentals, be it short term, midterm or longterm. 

I’m starting by using the resources available in this forum and educating myself on finding, analyzing, and financing deals. 

I’m excited to hear any advice or recommendations the community has to offer and looking forward to connecting with likeminded individuals.
