(Only reason it's not more hours is because we are closed Sunday because it's still against the law to sell cars in PA on Sunday) Did this through raising 2 daughters and now is investing time for the wife and I heading towards retirement. 

My daughter at the age of 5 drew a very interesting blue print of the house she wanted to build for the homeless...That started our interest, and we closed on this building March 16th, 2018 which just happens to be her B-Day!

@Odie Ayaga I'm bringing my 9 yr old daughter to New York City for the first time.

I reside in Northern Virginia with my Wife and Daughter and am interested in DC Metro area and Northeast (NY,CT,BOS).

My long-term objective is to obtain at least 2 rental properties to help fund my daughter's college funding. 

My daughter is currently a Freshman at an urban university and I have been interested in buying a property where she could live with fellow students while charging rent. 

On further note, if we are able to have our daughter who is 19 years old, be the settlor, trustee, beneficiary of the trust account?

In between life and raising our daughter, I'm constantly listening to podcasts, reading books, or educating myself online.

My wife and I are 30 years old, have a 4 year old daughter, a new son on the way, and both work full time (plus some).

I have a 7 month old daughter.
