Hello BP community and Happy New Year!

My name is Anthony Simco, I am a 30 year old new member with years of experience in development, architecture, project management and construction (SF,MF and Commercial). I am looking to start investing on my own. Currently I work a full time job in large project construction management and I want to devote time on the side to REI.

I reside in Northern Virginia with my Wife and Daughter and am interested in DC Metro area and Northeast (NY,CT,BOS). I would love to network and meet up with other investors in the area.
