Las Vegas attracts investors from all over the world for good reason so I think you are on the right track starting here before expanding.

Yes BofA is all over the country but if you go to your local branch it's pretty likely that loan officer and/or office wouldn't be licensed to operate in another state. 

I don't know if you are referencing our 4.7 star rating on Google or 4.8 on BP or our 74 NPS rating over the ~1,200 loans we closed last year, but our customers are pretty clear, Loanbidz customers are very well taken care of. 

I have lived in Truckee for over 23 years and understand the pain you can go through dealing with a local government where the answer you received on Monday is different than the answer you receive on Tues, Wed, Thur & maybe even Friday if anyone is working.

Homes sales are the lowest they have been in over 10 years now at this point here in Co Springs.  

The goal is to continue growing the management business with our portfolio.

So yes I see this trend and its common, there will always be the haves and have nots and those that are in way over their head. 

I'm sure the BP community would love to be continually updated as well on your progress.
