We first went to city council with a proposal and it was an epic failure, of which I than got advised on the politics and how I'd have to play such.

Finally gave them to another tenant I have that loves fish.Found out she's still working the same job she's had, so garnishment has been filed but I haven't received the return of service from the sheriff yet, so we'll see how that goes.While I've been over there doing the cleaning and repairs, I've talked to half a dozen neighbors who have told me that her and her boyfriend's screaming matches were epic and legendary.  

I do have to admit, Pat...this is epic.
