Should I rent to a tenant with a medical issue?
I have a possible tenant who meets all the requirements but they have mentioned they have MS and that they have had trouble renting due to this. Are there any issues I could run into by renting to this person?

I'm pretty sure discriminating based on an illness would be a violation of fair housing law.
