Specifically, I’m looking to do a master bath remodel, maybe a few exterior paint/trim work and possible cabinet paint/refinishing just to name a few.

Flooring, cabinets, trim etc. 

Home just need cosmetic updates to old cabinets, etc.Rent for the 2/1 could easily get $2500.   

I have a kitchen with a few upper cabinet shelf boards missing.

It's a condo built in the 70s that needs some framing, drywall work, flooring, cabinets hung, bathroom surround tiled, electrical outlets replaced (because it's dumb when they're all different colors), & doors hung.

I am planning on 3-4K for exterior and interior paint, 3k for flooring, 4k bathroom remodel, 2K to paint the kitchen cabinets and install new counters, and then 2K for Misc items.

The inside of the home is very dated (wooden toilet seats, early 90’s cabinets, etc) and was built is in 93’. 2 beds, 1 bath. 1,194 sqft.

I will not be changing solid wood cabinets in the kitchen anyway, the question is about backsplash.

Choose a neutral satin/eggshell paint, wood laminate or vinyl plank/tile flooring, $1,600 for appliances, maybe paint cabinets white or neutral.
