Than Merril's $50K Course

I am brand new to RE investing and I just took the Fortune Builder's/Than Merril's 3 day seminar this weekend. They have a hard sales pitch for a $50K education and software. I was very attracted to their home remodeling templates, in which you can choose from a number of different room designs and download all the necessary materials/SKUs for the contractor to do the job. I loved the time saving benefits, but I didn't see myself spending $50K on that. Is anyone familiar with a similar interface that doesn't cost such an exorbitant amount?

My last three flips cost less than 50k total including the purchase and rehab.....why in the world would anyone pay these gurus a sum like that wow!
