Looking for a good local contractor or handyman to fix up a few things on a vacation rental property I’ve purchased in La Quinta. Will be closing in a week. Any references? Specifically, I’m looking to do a master bath remodel, maybe a few exterior paint/trim work and possible cabinet paint/refinishing just to name a few. Thanks!
