It is important to note there is NO limit to financed properties if the loan is for a primary residence.

While their company may be covering rent, that only reduces one risk—there are still other factors to consider.

I do have some knowledge of real estate through extensive podcast listening and book reading but I know there is so much more to know.

However, contingencies are there to protect you, and it should be your agent's job to vet the property and your specific situation to see whether a contingency is needed.
