There are thousands of Lenders out there which provide different DSCR loan selections and everyone is going to have different rates and terms and costs which can become very confusing. 

I'm thinking to use something that need to be paid or if there is a great free website let me know .

Has there been a third-party appraisal done on the property or has Huntington given you what they estimate the value to be?

Are there no actual owners on BP? 

Even if there isn't a lease in place, underwriting can use market rents from an appraisal to qualify.

Do Investors still have interest in rooming houses? Rooming houses usually don't get to take advantage of sporting events, concerts, festivals that usually result in spikes in rental fees and more profits ( and glory)...
