Sure you have to make sure you're running comps on the blocks around your subject property and not casting too wide of a net, but that goes for any city.For the OP, where to invest and where to stay away from will depend on his goals, capital, etc.Good luck!

If I had to guess, roof looks like its about 30 degree angle and I would guess about 4 feet of clearance (5 tops) in the tallest part of the attic space.

The problem I’ve ran into it it’s a two way street and have found that I have better luck having a wide net and am open to doing deals with anyone as long as they can bring a good deal to the table.
