Sounds like you have a great angle at getting the most difficult part of your Core 4 checked off by working at Lowes at the Pro Desk, that's a good in to have.

You can do this in the world of real estate, or the world at large, but you can't do it when you are yoked to a single strategy . . . unfortunately right now that asset price is expensive and it's hard to find wise angles that make it seem inexpensive.

The units are one two lots:Lot 1: 3/2 double wide with shed.

If I had to guess, roof looks like its about 30 degree angle and I would guess about 4 feet of clearance (5 tops) in the tallest part of the attic space.

The problem I’ve ran into it it’s a two way street and have found that I have better luck having a wide net and am open to doing deals with anyone as long as they can bring a good deal to the table. 

That varies widely, some charge 3% still, some charge their minimum commission and if in bulk some will charge a fee per door.  

Depending on the time of yera that number can vary widely.
