What is going on everybody?!! I am so excited to be here and to hopefully meet some new people. My name is Scott Pierpont. I live in the Tampa Florida area. I am just getting started in this real estate business and I am looking to purchase my 1st rental property very soon. I have been reading book after book after book trying to absorb what I can.
