Being in school so intensely for so long means you probably don't have any specific RE experience to bring to the table, so you're going to have to fake it while you make it (as they used to say:-)Learn some RE skills.

It is conveniently located next to a state university and the train to Boston is in walking distance.​

They wanted a good school district for their one kid and in rental application they quote there would not be any reason not to pay the rent.
