@Christine Kankowski,It does sound like you've seen some terrible deals if they are hiking in price with time.

Not paying the first month you live somewhere is terrible.

Of course everyone is not in the RE business says it's a terrible idea to use ANY of the 401k for RE investing.

I would love to hear from anyone who has used Finance of America within the last few months.I know their reputation is terrible, you don’t have to tell me that, I’ve read about it.What I’m specifically looking for is info about recent performance.

I would go after him, who cares if he's unsure where the deposit is, that is a terrible child like excuse.

In my opinion, this company (who started in another Midwest state -I forget which) and added operations in CA is absolutely terrible.
