smartmove

I close on a property next week that I plan on renting. I'm looking for some feedback on smartmove. Cost? Pro's and Con's?

Any info will be helpful.

I used to use Smartmove through the Biggerpockets affiliate link, but now I use Cozy. Smartmove is good because it gives you all you need to know for $35 and it can charge the tenant directly when they enter their information. What I like better about Cozy is that the application and the credit/background check is integrated, so I don't have to have them fill out an application, and then have to enter their info into Smartmove manually. I feel that each is good, but Cozy is less effort on my part.
