I am sure there is a market down southern Florida.

I've spent my whole life growing up in Southern California either 5 blocks from Santa Monica beach, then Newport Beach, and now 5 miles from Laguna Beach, all Class A, or B+ neighborhoods, If I'm leaving home and seeking lodging, I'm not looking to pay someone to downgrade my lifestyle on a STR location.

You're not going to find any construction crews in southern CA that are going to work around such a schedule, and I seriously doubt, you'll find any Airbnb guests willing to do it either, plus throw in using it for photo shoots or ? 

I came up to Southern Maine for college and never left, it's a great area.

We also have LEAD PONDS in Hawaii, Southern California, and Florida that is open to all FUB users in our community. 

@Erez ZadaAround southern orchards, driving park, deshler park, old oaks, south of main, Reeb hosak, or Hungarian would be a good place to look in terms of a strong appreciating neighborhood.

Helens crater.. and will be smiling the whole time.I know Southern hospitality is off the charts however I can do pretty good with NW hospitality as well. 

I am interested in properties all over Southern California.

@Jason Bancroft Wyandotte County (KCK, Piper, and Bonner Springs) and southern Leavenworth County (Basehor, Tonganoxie) are growing areas that are sorely lacking in decent first time / move up homes.

Yosemite, Sequoia, and Mammoth, although good vacation destination locations, are far from the bulk of California residents which reside in Southern California.
