Hello, My name is Pamela Gruen and I am new to investing, looking to learn and implement no money down strategies or finding investors that can fund projects I find. I am disclosing that I do have a California Department of Real Estate License with a MLO Endorsement. I came across this website while attending a WREIN webinar (someone put it in the chat) I want to become a successful investor so that I can pass this on to my children so that they are not stuck in a 9-5 job. I am interested in properties all over Southern California.
