I'm a Columbus Ohio Investor Newbie.

My strategy is to buy, fix and rent. My budget is up to 100,000$.

I'm looking to learn what neighborhoods I should look into. I will appreciate any information shared with me.

 With a $100k budget you be in the C class neighborhoods. You can find some solid Value add properties in the North Linden, Driving park areas.
