In August 2015, I inherited a house in the Hyde Park area of San Jose, CA and needed to figure out how to rent it out.

The first property is a stacked 3 family house with one unit having 2 bedroom and 1 bath and the other two units have 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, a basement that has 2 rooms and is legal to rent, and 4 car parking in the driveway. 

I wonder what their minimum is for parking spots?  

I'm curious as to why more folks aren't parking money here.
