The first property is a stacked 3 family house with one unit having 2 bedroom and 1 bath and the other two units have 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, a basement that has 2 rooms and is legal to rent, and 4 car parking in the driveway.

@David T.Our "parked" funds are averaging around 6.25% at the moment (down from ~7% when I was taking the time to sell a few options) using a  mixture of ETFs and a couple of stable blue chip stocks w/ 5+% dividends.
