Hi! My name is Janice and I've been lurking for a few months now. In August 2015, I inherited a house in the Hyde Park area of San Jose, CA and needed to figure out how to rent it out. At the time, I was looking for tenant/property advice and through this site, I've found this and so much more. Thank you for being so helpful!
