If you're talking about how to reimburse yourself with respect to your investor/partner, if I were that investor/partner, I would expect you to pass one the actual cost of that employee to the project.That said, I would also want to see multiple bids indicating that the cost of that employee was comparable to hiring a third party.

Gross rents are probably someplace close to double that amount in the $140k range.

Hey @Soniel Estime, With respect to inheriting the tenants, I recently came out of a pretty ugly falling out with a tenant that I had inherited.

Of course, they had to get their net worth well into the nine or 10 figure range to be able to qualify for this role in large deals.And I also know a couple securities attorneys who get GP equity for handling the legal aspects of the syndication.

They’re showing some respect and following the rules.
