Other times of the year - if you find out your tenant is recovering from a surgery, have a flower delivery service drop off a $30 "get well" flowers - just did that one this week.

Sure this is a crazy time but the end of the day if I don’t get paid you shouldn’t either but if You recover some of the back rent they should be entitled to their  fees from what was recovered.
