Advice we all can use: give me your best landlord tip!
I'll start it off with one:
-After you do a showing, make sure all doors and windows are locked. Not everyone you show a rental too is a good person.

@Peter Tverdov My advice would be - Always carry out a tenant screening before signing a lease agreement.
