So, while it wont be cash flowing any more with the second, I would be able to have the tenants paying down the principal, and use the money to put in another deal, all stemming from essentially nothing with the seller financing.

In Cozy’s defense, and I don’t even utilize their services, this could happen on any payment platform as the reversal wasn’t done by the platform itself but by the tenants financial institution.
