Hello,Can anyone recommend a cost-effective commercial trash pick up company for Philadelphia?

However for fellow investors who have become real estate agents it appears to be a simple way to gain access to the MLS. 

Pay close attention to the timelines- You have 60 days to pick out a property and then 6 months to close. there are 1031 companies who specialize in that and hold the proceeds of the first while waiting fir the 2nd to close. 

Another thing i have learned I would always question something that had not been picked up by an investor and there must have been something really wrong but in reality most investors only have limited amount of money and time. 

When I called the TN Dept of Revenue (they surprisingly picked up right away) they said that I had not paid my minimum tax claimed on my TN tax return. 

Some don't pick up the first round, some ask to call on a future date, etc.  

I received some quotes on getting the utilities and septic on it, and I’m looking at about $10k to get it going minus the $4k or so worth of timber I can have removed.From here I still would need a mobile home, which I wouldn’t really have money left for after the utilities are setup, so if anyone has any advice on picking up a mobile home free or at a low cost it would be appreciated as well.
