She might not object to some flirting and compliments on her looks or inquiries as to whether she's single or not on Facebook now but if she decides it makes her uncomfortable later, or realizes it gives her the upper hand legally, then you and your PM/marketing guy could have a harassment and/or discrimination claim to deal with.

You don't want to hear that your actions, and your inability and unwillingness to listen to a dissenting view may cause harm to another, and that your objectives to profit may get in the way of the state's objectives to protect persons from your actions by requiring registration.

there are a few lenders in southern CA  HML ers that will do owner occ.however other parts of the story probably preclude it from any organized lender.maybe some private lender would take a shot at it.

Trying to address the needs of a group of individuals located in different states, with varying skill-sets, diverse levels of experience, and distinct (and often unstated) goals and objectives is a recipe for confusion, frustration and stagnation.Rather than combining your interests into a single business entity, I would urge you each to create your own individual entities and then come together, as needed, to take down deals that specifically require collaboration.At very least, I would suggest that, before spending even one minute on legal documents, you all come together as a weekly MasterMind group for a month or two and see how that goes.
