Starting an Investmenr Group with Friends
I’m looking to start my own real estate investment group with a couple of my friends and I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions on how to go about it, in terms of structuring it legally, documents that should be in place, or any books that could help. We’re spread across a couple of states (TN, GA, SC, NC, TX), so would that make it difficult to make it work? Any and all suggestions/help welcome. Thanks!
