I am honestly trying to get my financial life organized after having 3 kids and kind of ignoring it while I was in diaper-changing mode.

Other than having a solid RE team does any one have any tips or tricks regarding communication and organization to improve the overall situational awareness of projects that are directed from afar?

I'm nowhere near to being as organized as I need to be, but don't put it off.
