According to the listing agent, they had numerous agents asking to see the condo after the storm cleared, our hard work paid off! 

We used to have Ocwen as a debt holder for one of our rentals with them and it was very difficult to discuss anything with them - I tried numerous times to discuss refinance opportunities with them since I was already a client but I ended up refinancing with PNC instead after a few years. 

Carpet looked great, the linoleum was the thin variety, and I'd choose thicker on my rehabs.

I have examined numerous sample contracts and it can be overwhelming. 

There are numerous cases where the poor are continually victimized by these true to form "slumlords".  

I have read numerous threads on the forum and spoken with an attorney and two insurance agents and am still having a tough time determining how to best structure my properties among LLC and personal ownership (and the related umbrella coverages).
