To clarify, here's a breakdown of what we have:Income Tax and Bookkeeping business- Sole P in my wifes name (getting ready to convert it to an S-corp)Hair and Nail Salon- Single member S-corp in my nameWife is self employed as an S-corp (she booth rents from the salon I own)Commercial real estate LLC - 5 unit commercial building (wife and I are partners)Commercial real estate LLC - single unit commercial building (wife and I are partners)Residential LLC - Holds all SFH's (wife and I are partners)Master LLC that controls every investment property.I know we have a lot of moving parts.

That stuff gets noticed and you will slowly work your way in. 3)Going back to step one, pay for it as there are a ton of great coaches, trainers, mentors out there.

Tough with all this Covid stuff.

Right off the bat we first fixed up a bunch of stuff.... added a gate with key-pad access control.

Fix important stuff like the roof, siding, doors and windows.

On the BLM stuff  the best thing i have seen was a Black father of 4 boys with an open letter to Lebron James.. and its was excellent.. the up shot was much of these issues start at home its worth a read for sure.. 

The title company may charge diff fees for stuff like delivery, but that's a nit.

The other option is to flail around with no experience and no knowledge, do a bunch of stuff you read about online, and hope to get lucky.

Im thinking Im way too nice and let tenant get aways with stuff they would normally shouldnt be able to get away with.Any managment companies here in Allentown PA and what services you offer and for how much?
