I am wondering, what are some of the first steps I need to take in getting started and organized?

Because they charge 10% if they organized the work.

Martin is organizing it.  

I've been promoted into a position where I have some influence and I know my voice is heard at the highest levels of the organization.

I'm organizing a Denver Wholesaler Meetup.

Most here have little business experience I believe, you're trying to learn real estate, taking on the business organization at the beginning may hit overload.

In addition ladies and gentlemen trying to find organizations to specifically do exotic things in finance doesn't necessarily lead you to those with best practices in the industry.  

Or do they just give a giant list of everyone in the county who owns property?
