Partial Note Team: need attorney & servicing company in TX

I am creating seller financed notes in Texas. I am interested in selling partial notes to private investors. I'm struggling to find an attorney that specializes in preparing them and also a note servicing company that will service them. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks.

@Bill Gulley  Dion seems to think selling partials in some arenas is selling a security and as such needs to be registered with the state and unregistered with the fed.  state laws would come to play here.

I can see hypothecating a whole note.. but having been through a few note securities offerings I can see where if this went sideways that would be the first cry from the opposing council  IE  your selling a security without proper license or registration at the state level.
