HELP
I am interested in wholesaling and fix n flipping in Denver Colorado and other areas but I still have questions and would like to work with someone in general or at least through my first couple of deals. I am willing to trade some property accounting work or work for a minority split until I get comfortable on my own. To be honest my current job is laying me off August 5th (great that they gave me a couple weeks) but the thing is I really don't want to work another "job". I know that there are several auctions happening in Denver next month and if possible I can work with anyone interested or that see the potential.
Let me know your thoughts and suggestions.
Thank you!
