Generally a bit old house, mix between SFR and MFR, Schools are still great (not the best), crime is low to mid.C class - low to upper-middle class - purely blue collar working class people, a lof MFR, less SFR, crime is medium, school districts are not that great, mix between commercial and residential areas.

Also for @Larry T.s question.Here is a quick CMA for this EXACT "Neighborhood", although since it is intown Atlanta, the "neighborhood" goes more by school district than what would be considered a traditional swim/tennis "neighborhood" in the suburbs.As you can see there are older homes trading as older homes, older homes being remodeled, and old homes being scraped and rebuilt.

You can go to the Rockwall County Appraisal District site and look up the appraised value and estimated property taxes for this year and in past yearsProperty taxes are based on the appraised value as of Jan 1st and will not change at least for this year based on your purchase.
