Officials say there’s a large need for supportive housing developments like Trinity Place in San Diego County.

I know some people who do it well, but they all have experience and people leverage to support them.

At 2.1 million, the rents would have to be very substantial just to get the thing to self support it's self?

Their technical support team seems to be severely under staffed, and slow to respond to my requests for updates. 

Offering to handle some of the time consuming tasks is always a great value add - i.e. showing homes, hosting open houses, drafting contracts, etc.Referrals are great and I'd even go a step further and ask if you can be involved in the transaction to learn as much as possible.

We also choose a condo in FL directly on the ocean that is fully supportive of STR.

Just make sure to consume contents here as much as possible and feel free to ask any questions you may have.

In fact it's the strong cash flow that supports those higher values. 

I feel the city would offer support with incentives and tax breaks since the mayor just visited us the other day to try to troubleshoot this lack of housing as well.
