Given that we want to grow our portfolio over time, how should we structure this?

If it's something large like a structural issue that was unknown and you either want more taken off the price so you can fix or them to fix before moving forward then by all means you can.

Realtors, Property Manager, a few Contractors with 1-go-to, CPA in Canada and US, Attorney to set up my entity structure, etc. it was go time!

I am looking at ways to structure my financing on this second property so that I do not make getting a conventional loan on my personal property (maybe 5 years down the line) too difficult.

I can't share this information since it's proprietary, but I participated in the Legends X and they had a list of about 15 different real life company structures for STR management companies. 

Wondering where I can begin to learn different deal structuring (waterfall, hurdles, equity splits, etc) and how to apply it to underwriting for what ever template you're using?

I was afraid that a pro would either use harmful chemicals that would hurt the pets or that they'd simply be unable to seal the building to keep mice out in the future.

Wants me to bring plans and deal structure to table.
