Without involving a traditional lender, what kind of deal structures should we consider?

I have done my research on setting up the proper entity structure in the US and Canada but I really confused about all the options available LP, LLP, C-corp, S-corp.

Today, I completed the home inspection and discovered several structural issues, including bowed brick walls and a damaged chimney.

In your experience, how would you structure the deal?

How can I structure this deal to protect my interests?

I am looking for advise on how to structure a deal that involves my fiancé and I buying her parents 4-Plex house.

This is the structure we were looking at which is more of a subsidiary structure and this applies to raw land development: 📌 Structuring Plan1️⃣ Set up a QOF to raise capital from investors.2️⃣ Create a QOZB to handle hotel & parking development (each separate land parcels).3️⃣ QOF owns the land & funds QOZB for development.4️⃣ Raise capital through QOF equity, bank loans, or JV partners.5️⃣ Develop the projects & operate for 10+ years for tax-free gains.

It would be worth it to me to offer an equity stake in exchange for cash, I'm just not sure how to fairly structure this for both parties. 

Hey Jeff without knowing any details everything is what you are able negotiate. but you have to take in account the years interest rate and purchase price and what kind of cash flow.I will say get a mentor if you’re inexperienced these kind of deals can go left if you really have little knowledge when it comes to structure .

We used to hire a company to balance the chemicals and my costs were almost 2K per month.
