For example, if I'm sending a letter to Joe Blow, My letter reads - dear Joe, I've got great info for you.

Not replacing the kitchen cabinets makes sense if I can get a great look for some inexpensive product and labor in a $150K house.

It's a cheap fix with PVC, but a lot of labor to repair the drywall.

You can make this house look pretty good for only 10K if you know how to pick materials and find cheap labor.

This isn't Judge Joe's living room and brunch hour.

Remember, your family was using your free labor - but you gained inside information as well.
