I have recently relocated from NJ to FL and I am ready to build a real estate portfolio.

I've been remote flipping in Cleveland, OH and am in the early stages of prepping for a new build in Annapolis, MD.

The situation is that I own a commercial retail building. 

Building my brokerage business so I’ll have more cash flow to build.  

Looks for developing areas and where you can build wealth to meet your goals, energy, and capital. 

We are considering dividing up our land (1-2 acres with the house and 3-4 acres separately) to build an RV park or tiny home community.

Looking forward to networking, exchanging connections, building a team, etc.

We'll be paying for the first half of the build via a HELOC on our primary residence.

At this point I would like to start putting my profits into rentals, single and multi-family homes, and possibly apartment buildings down the road when finances allow. 

So looks like about 17,000,000 in sales volume so far this year.. now to be fair and balance this is in our new build community. this is in a little Berg called Canby Oregon  the project is www.ivyridgeestatescanby.com  The market is anything but dead or bad..
