Retail market been on fire last 3 weeks something in the water 14 owner occ sales

My wife has 14 contracts going / started in the last 3 to 4 weeks.. for a cool 10,500,000 in sales volume..

on top of 6 sales for another 4.5 million and then  3 other sales of homes to buy our homes that total about 2 mil.

All of this since feb 1 with the big chunk last 30 days.

So looks like about 17,000,000 in sales volume so far this year.. now to be fair and balance this is in our new build community.

this is in a little Berg called Canby Oregon  the project is www.ivyridgeestatescanby.com 

The market is anything but dead or bad.. I understand markets are regional but we will take it.

is this for owner occ deals or just investors deals.. My wife does not work with investors only home owners.
