Colorado Springs - New investor excited to learn and build connections

Hello, all - I am looking to execute the BRRRR approach in the next 6-12 months on a duplex, triplex, or fourplex. I plan on living in it for at least the first year to qualify for FHA, so it would be in Colorado Springs where I live and work currently. Looking forward to networking, exchanging connections, building a team, etc. I am a licensed architect in CO.
